For speed and security, we use couriers for all deliveries. We deliver nationwide in New Zealand. Deliveries are sent using a tracked non signature service.

Most orders will be delivered within two working days. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days.

Delivery targets are a guide only and we can't guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the estimated delivery time. However, we'll do our best to get your Beachmunki to you as soon as possible.

The best way to care for your Beachmunki is to wash it in warm water (up to 30°C) on a gentle cycle followed by a line dry. A low heat tumble dry is also acceptable.

We stand behind everything we make. If you’re not satisfied with your Beachmunki for any reason, neither are we and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

If you're not satisfied with your Beachmunki for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you can return your Beachmunki towel for a full refund of the product cost. Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All Beachmunki towels are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for up to three years, activated upon purchase.
